Our HSEQ department audits, monitors and continually improves our management systems which are based on the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004
We ensure personnel contribute to our continued success through actively participating in a performance appraisal. We use key competency indicators to demonstrate that our people are competent to perform their assigned activities with minimal risk to their health and safety, or that of others who may be affected by their actions or omissions.
As with operational performance, technical skills and project management, our customers demand excellence in HSEQ performance. We aim to minimise the impact of our activities on the environment and set ourselves demanding targets in this area to ensure that our HSEQ values are supported by personal objectives from the Management Team.
