Vaich Dam
We were engaged by SSE to repair, design and construct two new concrete wing walls with an additional 6 x 30m concrete extension to the original Strathvaich Outfall.
This was a challenging job due to the site location and the steep embankment which the outfall was constructed. SSE had a tight timescale for the works to be carried out to prevent further loss of generation which the team at Global Infrastructure completed ahead of programme.
