Nothing is more important than the welfare of our workforce. To maintain a safe working environment for every person working on Global Infrastructure sites and projects, we have embedded health, safety, environmental and quality systems into every aspect of our business.
Our highly proactive approach to Health and Safety is reflected in our HSEQ Initiatives:
- HSEQ objectives are supported by personal objectives from the management team.
- Continuous feedback of HSE issues reported, recorded and published on a weekly basis.
- Behavioural observations embedded in management site safety inspections.
- Employee appraisal process drives training plans for individuals.
Additionally, our HSEQ department audits, monitors and continually improves our management systems which are based on the requirements of ISO 9001 : 2015 and ISO 14001 : 2015.
We also aim to exceed the HSEQ performance expectations of our clients by minimising the impact of our activities on the environment .
