#MyFutureFriday - Culloden Academy

On Friday 7th June our Procurement Manager Colin Grant and Contracts Manager Tom Strachan attended Culloden Academy's #MyFutureFriday with Developing the Young Workforce.

It's brilliant to hear Construction is consistently a top 5 career choice for the students at Culloden so we were delighted with the opportunity to speak about the Civil Engineering and Construction Industry especially as the current workload is booming in the Highlands.

Colin and Tom discussed a range of topics from entry level positions including apprenticeships and trainee roles within our company, grade requirements, opportunities for development and change pathways.
