  • Draining and Cleaning of Balance Tank - Safe and controlled removal of all liquid contents followed by thorough internal cleaning to prepare the tank for inspection and repair.
  • Concrete Repairs - Structural repairs to the internal and external tank walls, addressing areas of deterioration to restore integrity and prolong service life.
  • Removal of Redundant Services - Decommissioning and removal of obsolete pipework and electrical cabling both inside and outside the tank to streamline the system and improve safety.
  • Construction of Service Housing - Formation of a new wind- and water-tight service housing to protect critical infrastructure and provide secure access for maintenance personnel.
  • Access Pathway Installation - Creation of a safe and durable pedestrian access path encircling the tank to facilitate routine inspections and maintenance.
  • Vehicle Access Improvements - Development of a robust vehicle access route around the tank to support operational logistics and emergency access.
